As hobbies go, knitting is hot these days. If you already haven’t noticed, check out the lines at local hobby, craft and discount stores, and weekly ads of those same vendors. Yarns are selling like hotcakes. This necessity of yesteryear is being pursued not by only 50-somethings but by 20-somethings with great enthusiasm. They’re into it.
