Supplies

Yarn A: 3 Skeins in Onyx M05 – Brown Sheep Yarns Lamb’s Pride Worsted (85% wool / 15% mohair; 190 yds)

Yarn B: 1 Skein in Ruby Red M180 – Brown Sheep Yarns Lamb’s Pride Worsted (85% wool / 15% mohair; 190 yds)

Circular Knitting Needle – Size US 15, 29″. (Straight needles of same size are also OK)

Crochet Hook – Size J

Details

12 sts = approxiamtely 4″ in pattern

Measurements – Approximate Length: 38″ Width: 15″

Directions

Cast on 44 stitches in Yarn A. Turn and begin pattern below.

Row 1: K across

Row 2: P across

Row 3: K2, * YO, P1, P3tog, P1, YO, K2. Repeat from * across

Row 4: P across

Notes: For the first yarn over, bring the yarn forward between the needles, then back over the right hand needle, and forward between the needles again, so you can purl the next stitch. For the second yarn over, bring the yarn over the right hand needle so you can knit the next stitch.

Repeat rows 1 – 4 until desired length, picture shows 38″ length. Bind off loosely. Twisting piece 1/2 turn, stitch bound-off edge to cast-on edge.

Using the size J crochet hook, work 1 row of single crochet on the neck edge.
